Most of the thermal plants utilize old technology boiler furnace, consequently the coal ash produced is of low fineness and typically less than 50% of the Fly ash carries the reactive particle sizes. Larger particles of Fly ash do not provide adequate reactivity and gives only a filler effect in Cementitious mixes.

At Greencem, we address this challenge by enhancing the quality of fly ash through advanced processing. Our state-of-the-art 200 TPD facility at SIPCOT, Perundurai, features an energy-efficient grinding mill and a next-generation classifier, enabling us to deliver superior products that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

At present the company provides bulk supply of processed Fly ash, Grey and Off White Mineral Powders through bulk tankers or covered tipper trucks as per customer preference.
